Returns and refunds must be made within 2 weeks of the purchase date and products must be in their original unopened, unused and new condition and in their original unopened packaging.
Opened and or used products will not be accepted as returns nor will they be refunded.
A mandatory, unwaivable, 20% restocking fee will be charged upon recieving the products in their unopened, unused and new condition.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Note: *If products have been opened or used please do not send them back to us because we will not refund you. If you send back opened or used products we will not return them to you, and we will not refund them either.
